Hobbies/Extracurricular Activities: Sakura spends most of her time keeping herself active and busy, constantly pursuing her self-set goals and matching them the best she can. But while academics and improving herself is a goal worth achieving, Sakura also likes to go out when she has the time. Dancing in clubs and also reading on a rainy day might sound like typical hobbies, but easy activities like these does wonder for her stressed out mind at times.

In the beginning of Sakura's life, there was never anything extraordinary that stood out about her. Her birth established her mother's permanent stay in the United States, both of her parents being professors at a community college. It was probably their occupation that had young Sakura hooked onto books from the beginning, herself being particularly interested in the intricate anatomy drawing books that her father had in the study. Both parents would joke about how their daughter would grow up and be a world class surgeon, all in good time. It was a tangible dream, that is, until the teenage years struck.

Starting from middle school, Sakura seemed more interested in the latest fashion and trends than homework and projects. It was party after party and failed boyfriends after failed boyfriends, all the way to high school, throwing caution and her future in the wind. She couldn't cared less for what college she would be accepted into or what she could be in ten years. That was, until she was held back a grade.

Sakura felt the full impact of her choices as she started the new school year with those younger than her. The taunts and jokes made at her expense about her academic failure and bad habits in partying more than studying made her reconsider. Her love for the academics seemed to have faded with her lack of motivation and interest in the boring technique of studying. But all it took was a semester to learn how much her future had been damaged by her poor choices. She was out of practice, sure, however, all it took to get her back on track was another semester and a promise to be mindful of her future and to try her best. During that semester, her personality also changed into someone more serious and cautious. It wasn't to say that she completely changed, but she knew the limits now of many things that could prove to be drastic and irresponsible.

It was with that in mind and of the failures that almost brought her entire future down, that she entered Mishima University. Despite the fact that her childhood dreams had changed to a paramedic, Sakura still continued to make the effort to prove to the many people that knew of her past that she had changed and could be much more than the pink-haired party girl.
